For nearly a decade, Jacob Stamell and Meagan Stamell were prosecutors at the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office, an office known for attracting top talent and being tough on crime. Together, they have litigated thousands of cases with varying complexity from low-level traffic offenses to homicide. Jacob Stamell spent years as a Special Prosecutor in the Special Victims Unit, where he almost exclusively handled criminal sexual conduct, domestic violence, and child abuse cases. Meagan Stamell served as a Special Prosecutor in the Drug Trafficking and Narcotics unit, where she handled exclusively drug and weapons-related cases.
